Detailed Job Description:
- Provide on the ground support to the Manager team to drive the execution and implementation of related processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate initiatives and projects
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Lead cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of initiatives
- Support of the group's written deliverables including initiative updates, supporting documentation and procedures for key processes and controls
- Support project management activities such as documenting requirements, conducting stakeholder meetings, and coordinating progress tracking and status reporting
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Align to internal governance principles and best practices
Minimum years of IT experience required: 8+ Years
