Detailed Job Description:

  • Strong in analyzing business requirements and specifications and development of test plans, test scripts, test cases and executing them
  • Formulating, defining, and documenting complex business requirements and associated system specifications.
  • Ability to coordinate with Clients, Business Analysts, and Tech team
  • Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning and execution
  • A high degree of skill in troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects.
  • Experience building test plans, test cases and test scenarios
  • Service Cloud and Community Cloud experience, Salesforce Development with hands on dev experience on APEX, LWC
  • Excellent understanding of Sales cloud and Service Cloud processes
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
