Detailed Job Description:
- Strong in analyzing business requirements and specifications and development of test plans, test scripts, test cases and executing them
- Formulating, defining, and documenting complex business requirements and associated system specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with Clients, Business Analysts, and Tech team
- Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning and execution
- A high degree of skill in troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects.
- Experience building test plans, test cases and test scenarios
- Service Cloud and Community Cloud experience, Salesforce Development with hands on dev experience on APEX, LWC
- Excellent understanding of Sales cloud and Service Cloud processes
- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
