Detailed Job Description:
- Candidate to have 10+ years of relevant work experience in leading large scale CRM solutions,
- Candidate should possess one or two salesforce certifications
- Candidate should be able to understand/ support Salesforce deployment process and suggest improvements etc.
- Candidate should contribute to the overall Service Delivery by managing and taking ownership for non-domain specific issues/challenges/tasks for the benefit of the overall Application Maintenance Service Delivery
- Establish good working relationships with the client team in daily operational live
- Understand business / technical requirements and raising timely clarification with clients when needed.
- Candidate to provide technical solutions and see to the successful implementation of the same.
- Candidate should be familiar with application customization using APEX, Visual Force, Triggers and SOQL
- Candidate should have knowledge in customizing salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, dashboards.
- Candidate should be able to lead team with technical guidance
- Candidate should be able to design solution as per business requirements
- Stakeholder follow-up and sign-off
