Detailed Job Description:

• Experience in Installation, configuration, and administration on different version of Ivanti End Point Management Solutions
• Patch Management solution integration with CMDB
• Troubleshooting Patch Management issues of windows
• License Metering
• Ivanti Management solution upgrade
• Downloading the patches from OEM and applying & scheduling them
• Provisioning of OSI on server and endpoints
• Making sure that the Incident get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching Process
• Support various Operating system and in installing applications on those operating systems depending upon its compatibility.
• Maintain the production, by running a software and hardware diagnostic regularly in a stipulated time
• Understanding of ITIL
