Part-time: 10am-2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday onsite at the office.
We are currently seeking an energetic individual to work part-time in our Boulder office as a Helpdesk/​Desktop Support Specialist.​ 2-4 years’ experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, deploy, and repair PC and Mac computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
· Handle incoming helpdesk support requests
· Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues (both for onsite and remote end users)
· Must create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate and timely follow up, strong technical skills, good customer communication and relationship building
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7)
· Knowledge of Mac OS X (Leopard and Snow Leopard)
· Knowledge of MS Office productivity software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
· Knowledge of basic networking and connectivity – DHCP, DNS, VLans, Cabling
· Knowledge of Antivirus and Spyware
· Knowledge of Blackberry devices and configuring for BES activation
· Strong Analytical, Logical and Problem Solving Ability to quickly and correctly diagnose and fix a wide variety of IT computer related issues
· Desire to learn new skills
· Ability to follow through and document issues as well as resolutions
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact favorably with a wide variety of people
· Self-motivated, independent and a team player
