• 3+ years of experience with Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Data Analytics using market - leading tools, including standard and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards and visualization tools
• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing reporting solutions using Cognos with experience in designing dashboards leveraging visualization best practices.
• Minimum 2 years of Cognos version 11.x. Experience with Cognos 10.x to 11.x upgrade is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cognos configuration and administration
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server database versions 2012 or later
• Proficient in complex SQL scripting and working with very large data sets.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, SSRS, SSAS, Snowflake is preferred
• Experience or academic exposure to MongoDB, MongoDB BI connector is preferred. MongoDB production experience is preferred.
• Familiar with database design best practices
• Detail oriented with ability to independently validate / triangulate data and analysis.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests while completing deliverables on time. Self-motivated and can work independently. Ability to troubleshoot, track, and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of production support processes such as incident and problem management techniques.
• Knowledge and experience using agile software development principles, process and tools.
• Proficient interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills, in addition to customer service skills in order to provide end user/business owner systems support.

Education & Experience: Required knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field plus 3 to 5 years related experience.
