Job Duties: 

• Analyze the requirement documents from business units and clarify the technical implementation challenges, Analyze the requirements in terms of technical feasibility and impact to existing system. 
• Propose and prepare an optimized technical design of the system based on the finalized requirement documents. Prepare Data models, Use Case diagrams, Process flow diagrams, whatever is applicable per the requirement.
• Understand the Hawaiian existing and new systems.
• Assist and plan for greater efficiency of work and effort estimation.
• Analyze and create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to develop solutions for the application environment.
• Design any complex Solutions in Data Integration or Data warehouse environment based on the design. On the spot discussion with Solution.
• Architect on solution clarifications and roadblocks. The associate will apply new perspectives to solve non¬standard technical problems where a precedent may not exist.
• Adhere to client coding standards. Perform peer code review for quality standards and security with senior developers and solution architect. Fix the code review comments. Will regularly serve as a technical reviewer/resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Configure management using configuration transforms for various client environments and version control of the source code.
• Deploy and configure the application in UAT and Production environment. Prepare deployment plan and execute the deployment in test and production environments with the help of DBA.
• Design, develop and implement software applications, create system procedures and ensure that the developed applications function normally
• Analyze the Business requirement in terms of technical feasibility and impact to existing system.
• Gather requirements from client business team and help Business Analyst in creating a Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Design, develop and support Tables, Stored Procedures, and Triggers on Sybase and SQL server. 
• Develop Validation Plans for SSIS packages for checking the functionality of each component and Code review.
• Work with data modeler to create a data model and modified an existing data model to support different reports running on business-object and SSRS.
• Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes
• Have better understand of the Norwegian Cruise Line existing and new systems. Help to overcome the Integration problems when they are involved in Design and Develop any complex Data Integration or Data warehouse environment.
• Work on development for these complex Data Integration solutions or in Data warehousing.
• Perform the duties of the position independently with minimal supervision.
• Write source code, prepare test data, tests and debug programs; revise and refine programs to improve performance of the application software.
• Create a document with step by step procedure on how to test the functionality for the Testing team.
• Create a test plan for the client to check if the delivered output meets their requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing to check if everything is as expected from an end user’s perspective.
• Monitor and document the test results using the tool Test FLO a JIRA add-on.
• Perform execution of functional test plan, validate test results, prepare documentation and data for analysis
• Create functional test plan for the system. The functional test plan measures the quality of the functional components of the system. Create UTR (Unit test result) and UTC (unit test cases) for validating final result and system to system validation.
• Create plan a software process by reading the existing manuals and interacting with business users to modify existing software based on user requirements.
• Develop the software code for the applications based on flow charts and business-user input under the guidance of the manager

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
