Detailed Job Description:

Seeking a EPM Technical Lead who will be driving a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Architect should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle Hyperion Cloud SAAS platform - EPBCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS projects end-to-end. Need experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module and lead a team during all types of testing and support activities related to implementation. Should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.
• 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud etc.
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting specially with Financial, Workforce and Project module
• End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS- Workforce and Project module
• Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
• Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore
• Experience in conducting business meetings, CRPs, POCs etc.
• Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
• Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
• Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• End to end Integrations between Hyperion Cloud and other source systems like ERP, HR system etc.
• Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
• Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
