Detailed Job Description:
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in multiple JDA/RP/BY WMS versions (working knowledge of BY WMS version 2020 preferrable)
  • Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
  • Should provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical Incidents and Issues.
  • Should have experience working in and leading support projects, ensuring ticket resolution/tracking within the defined SLA
  • Assist in Major Incident Management (handling Priority tickets).
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with client, team members and partner applications.
  • Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files
  • Work on continuous service improvements and automations
  • Knowledge on cloud platforms and work experience on Cloud environments is an added advantage
