Detailed Job Description:
- Duties include hardware installation/configuration along with putting Windows OS on client devices.
- Advanced break-fix support of software / hardware issues for clients.
- Managing and tracking of devices via customer supplied tracking sheets.
- Managing and tracking of inbound/outbound shipments internationally.
- Managing and tracking of hardware inventory.
- Data entry for inputting platform details into external facing documentation.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with no loss of performance
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less.
- Travel between buildings is required daily.
- No permanent desk/home location, every day is a different task with a different customer.
- Track work using a ticketing system
Technically astute to be able to handle a variety of situations including:
- Windows imaging
- Windows OS troubleshooting – advanced
- Hardware experience with SATA/M.2 SSD as well as CPU/RAM installation
- Driver/OS debugging experience preferred but not required
