Detailed Job Description:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with no loss of performance
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less.
- Travel between buildings is required daily.
- No permanent desk/home location, every day is a different task with a different customer.
- Track work using a ticketing system
Technically astute to be able to handle a variety of situations including:
- Windows imaging
- Windows OS troubleshooting advanced
- Hardware experience with SATA/M.2 SSD as well as CPU/RAM installation
- Driver/OS debugging experience preferred but not required
Experience required: 3-5 Years
