Detailed Job Description:

• Oversee all the aspects of Project Management in alignment with Costco Program Manager
• Prepare and Monitor the Project Plan
• Monitor the Project Progress
• Risk identification and Mitigation
• Status Reporting
• Ensure the project is executed as per agreed timeline and any deviation from the timeline/budget will be mutually agreed with Costco and Infosys
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Manage relationships between business stakeholders
• Measure project performance and highlight Risks and mitigation
• Follow up on creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Status Reporting on a weekly Basis
