- Act as a Looker subject matter expert for data modelers and data consumers to understand their needs and develop end to end solutions.
- Hands on experience in data modeling using Look ML, creating metrics, drill paths, new columns, PDTs etc
- Experience in Looker /API framework, Embedded analytics, Data actions
- Familiar with Git, Code checkin checkout process in a Multiuser development environment.
- A solid experience with professional knowledge and relevant work experience on Looker platform.
- Looker development with good Data model experience using Looker 7.0 version and above.
- Expertise in ETL concepts and data visualizations techniques
- Develop, Design and Support Interactive dashboards, reports and exception Reports.
- Provide production support for looker dashboards and reporting solutions along with performance tuning.
- Should be able to communicate with business users and translate business requirements into looker dashboard and reports.
- Should be able to monitor team activities and follow Agile methodology for development activities.
- Candidate should have excellent written and spoken communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- SQL development experience with understanding of relational and multi - dimensional data design
- Nice to have Skills:
- Working knowledge in other BI tools or data visualizations tools
