• At least 12+ years of experience in SAP BW HANA, Native Hana, BO
• Expert knowledge on BW HANA, modelling concepts and reporting.
• Experience on SQL Procedures and functions
• Develop application road maps/implementation approach & project plans for BW on SAP HANA
• Develop proofs - of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.
• Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Writing of functional/technical specifications for custom solutions and interfaces
• Working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements
• Testing and rollout of the final product
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and Communication skills
• ABAP skills for BW will be desirable
