• Drive requirement gathering meetings, analyze the systems requirements, review documentation.
• Construct and augment overall program Test Strategy based on the evolving requirements.
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to stay in line with the project timeline.
• Manage and iterate overall Test schedule.
• Provide estimates for testing effort, along with foreseeable dependencies.
• Provides inputs related to testing approach, scope and other relevant information to Project manager for preparing Test Strategy.
• Monitor testing progress on the ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks/issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines
