Job Duties:
- Interaction with stakeholders to gather business requirements, review & analyze the requirements with current business flow and prepare the requirements specification document.
- Provide software solution based on the business requirement.
- Analyze & develop new features, enhance & upgrade existing application features based on the requirements.
- Preparation of High-level design (HLD), Low-level design (LLD) and Unit-Test Plan (UTP) and other application documentation based on requirements.
- Impact Analysis – Analyze existing application code and document if impacts identified.
- Carry out the activities (reviews, walkthroughs, unit testing, demos etc.,) as per project plan.
- Co-ordinate with business users & other stakeholders for acceptance testing & application demos.
- Plan & co-ordinate installation & deployment of application(s) and validate the results.
- Co-ordinate with Expert groups for special support.
- Responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the deliverable.
- Report progress to Meijer and TCSL Management.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
