Job Duties: 

• Interaction with stakeholders to gather business requirements, review & analyze the requirements with current business flow and prepare the requirements specification document. 
• Provide software solution based on the business requirement.
• Analyze & develop new features, enhance & upgrade existing application features based on the requirements.
• Preparation of High-level design (HLD), Low-level design (LLD) and Unit-Test Plan (UTP) and other application documentation based on requirements.
• Impact Analysis – Analyze existing application code and document if impacts identified.
• Carry out the activities (reviews, walkthroughs, unit testing, demos etc.,) as per project plan.
• Co-ordinate with business users & other stakeholders for acceptance testing & application demos.
• Plan & co-ordinate installation & deployment of application(s) and validate the results.
• Co-ordinate with Expert groups for special support.
• Responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the deliverable.
• Report progress to Meijer and TCSL Management. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
