Detailed Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boxborough (BXB), Massachusetts or be willing to relocate
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1b or otherwise).

4+ years of experience with the following:

• Test planning / execution for a product feature / functionality
• Strong debugging / troubleshooting skills are required
• In depth knowledge of one or more LAN/WAN protocols such as (Ethernet, MPLS, OSPF, BGP etc).
• Solid foundation in TCP/IP protocol
• Familiarity with network provisioning and management tools including: DHCP servers, DNS Servers, TFTP Servers, Syslog servers, SNMP Management servers.
• Automation skills and experience using Python
• Familiarity with network test tools including data traffic generators a plus
• In depth knowledge of DOCSIS protocols and Cable applications a plus
