Detailed Job Description:

• Bachelors degree in Supply chain, Finance, business or other relevant course is preferred
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP or other industry certification
• A good knowledge on MRP system preferred
• SAP experience
• 4+ yrs of experience in a supply chain professional and in a production environment
• Good Microsoft office skill set
• Provide operational support such as liaisoning with supplier, tracking material delivery time, helping with interpreting report.
• Capable to negotiate costs and lead time reduction. Negotiating prices if not underpricing agreement.
• Purchase components, systems and parts.
• Stock monitoring and control.
• Quick response to change in customer demand.
• Receiving feedback from customer facing team.
• Working very closely with the supplier to ensure material is delivered to our schedules.
• Organize/represent/Anchoring various discussions/meeting needed.
• Customer specification interpretation
• Capable to coordinate and present the solution to approving team including the customer.
