• Application Testing (ETE, Performance)
• Application build/enhancement and onboarding support
• Certificate renewals, Pen Testing/DAST Scan
• Service account management, password reset/rotation, Cloud server access provisioning
• Support for WSE products upgrade, Network upgrades, Linux server patching, DB patching

Support for Disaster Recovery Tests

• BAU healthchecks (Daily, weekly)
• Incident, Change, Problem, Service requests, Capacity, Tickets and Knowledge Management
