Must Have Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation/AMS experience

- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll related Extracts, HDL and Fast Formula
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation or support projects as technical resource
- At least 4 years of extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – BI and OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts, Data Conversion, HDL loads
- Experience in writing Fast Formulas
- Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs
- Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, etc.
- Excellent Skills on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas
- Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Global delivery model
