• Experience in in depth hands on application development experience in jBPM
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving skill
• Experience in opensource BPM is must
• Creating basic db queries .
• Hands on experience in integration using different integration methodology
• In depth understanding of the best practices in jBPM implementation
• Working experience in rules implementation and rules template
