System Security Analyst:  Develops Policies, Processes, and Procedures to establish and enforce account management, system access, and security log monitoring.

System Security Analyst Job Duties:

•             Identify current systems maintaining DMV system user and personnel account information. 

•             Establish liaison DMV Operations, HR, Partnership staff to develop procedures to ensure compliance with account management practices for requesting, granting, administering, and terminating accounts.

•             Determine web server, system backup, and physical access logs required for compliance monitoring.

•             Coordinate with DMV Operations and Partnership staff to establish process for retrieving regular logs required for information security monitoring.

•             Conducts research and makes recommendations on software and hardware technologies that support automation of log monitoring. 

•             Develops proposals for purchase of software and hardware supporting
