Key Responsibilities:
- Train and move workload as applicable from Tier 3 engineers to Helpdesk to allow faster end user response
- Create a Design to operations checklist/runbook for a new service working with architects and service desk
- Communicate to end users via Yammer, etc and create the right level of content for broader communication
