Relevant Message Broker Experience (Yrs)          :              

4 Years(Overall 9+ Years)

Technical/Functional Skills            :              

•             Experience in Websphere Message Broker V6 or V7 

•             At least 1-2 years’ experience in Java, J2EE, and Web Service based projects.

•             Expertise in using ESQL,XSLT,XPATH,GraphicalMapper,etc in Message Broker

Experience Required                     

Roles & Responsibilities                :              

 •             Responsibility on Team's Deliverable and conducting              Reviews.

•             Mentoring team on technical challenges

•             Prepare/Review Design documents.

•             Coordinating release management activities.

•             Interacting with Client and multivendors.

•             Onsite-offshore communication and review the work done at offshore

Generic Managerial/Soft Skills   :              

•             Exposure to Agile Methodology and Scrum works

•             Insurance knowledge (Preferably P&C knowledge)

Education            :               Bachelor / Master degree
