Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS):
- 8+ years of experience in End-to-End Contact Center and should have strong experience in Google Dialog Flow (GDF)/GCCAI(Google Contact Center artificial Intelligence) development and implementation
- Experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting to use GDF/CCAI Chatbot in Genesys Cloud/Salesforce/Service now agent desktop
- Ability to design complex GDF/CCAI call flows with backend API integrations
Qualifications Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- 8 + years of IT Experience in Contact Center.
Preferred:
- Experience in Genesys cloud for end-to-end contact center including IVR development, End to End Testing and Implementation
- Experience in WFM, Reporting
- Experience in JIRA and Devops tools
