• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Prior experience with cisco BACC,TCP Dump, STB firmware upgrade/downgrade, logs capturing
• Must have experience with Interoperability testing with CPE devices(STBs, Modems, Camera etc)
• Must have Hands on experience with Home Security systems including touchscreen, window/door sensors, Thermostats, Motion sensors, indoor/outdoor cameras.
• Must have Hands on experience in wireless gateways & network security.
• Must have Working knowledge to identify and troubleshoot Wi - Fi related issues
• Must have experience with Defect/ Change tracking tools like JIRA / Service Now
• Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams up to task completion
• Must be comfortable to set up and drive discussion across cros0functional teams.

• Prior experience and sound knowledge of networking is highly desired.
• Prior experience on smart home automation is nice to have.
• knowledge of Build tools like Jenkins and Git/ Gerrit are highly desired.
• Working knowledge of various gateway features; VLANs, speed, port forwarding/triggering, DMZ, IPv4/v6 Addressing, IP Subnetting, DHCP, Radius, remote management, SNMP.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
• understanding of Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) and features( WPS (Push+Pin), DFS, DCS, mac-filtering, radio/ssid on/off features)
• Prior experience with log analysis and familiarity with splunk, kibana etc are highly desired
• Experience to Cable/Telecom domain is nice to have
• Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing client relationships
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
