Detailed Job Description:

  • Provide advanced engineering support services to end users.
  • Gather technical details
  • Troubleshoot issues to resolve problems
  • Provide status updates to product owners and stakeholders
  • Track all details in the issue tracking system (JIRA)
  • Provide issue review and triage problems for new service/support requests
  • Use DevOps automation tools, including GitLab
  • Contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows and team process work
  • Fulfill any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • A min of 6 years of experience in IT
  • Programming: 3+ years of experience with one of Java or Python programming languages
  • Very good knowledge and work experience on AWS Services like EMR, Kinesis, S3, Lambda 2+ yrs. of exp
  • Scripting experience with Python or NodeJS or JAVA 2+ yrs. of exp
