• 8+ years of experience in Auto Finance Accounting
• Strong understanding of Payments, Accounting and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes
• 5 years of experience in testing.

• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Develop high level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

• 7 years of experience in Auto Finance domain
• Should have hands on experience in Accounting and Tax process - Lease/Retail Contract, Treasury, Wholesale, Reconciliation, Property Tax, Sales Tax & Collections.
• Leading test efforts for the team.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
• Should have good knowledge in JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Conduct backlog grooming sprint planning scrum events other agile sessions as needed
2. Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
3. Experience in leading multiple projects and cross functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
