• Overall 6 - 7 yrs experience with minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience performing Business Analyst and Product Owner role.
• Excellent communication skills - This is very important as they need to interact with Stakeholders across.
• Customer Servicing Mindset – Should have interacted with external stakeholders, customers across different geographies and should be able to converse with them efficiently.
• Flexible to work and accommodate meetings and sync up with primarily US time zone.
• Should be flexible to accommodate ad-hoc tasks and newer areas as it keeps changing.

Working experience as Product Owner:

• Prepare program backlog refinement and prepare for PI Planning.
• Good understanding of conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components while creating user stories.
• Good understanding of definition of done and dependencies.
• Assist team in estimation and sequencing of tasks.
• Perform well rounded UAT, demos and secure client sign-off.
• CI/CD Tools: Git Hub, Sonar Cube, Mockito, IntelliJ
• Agile process: SAFE Agile Scrum process and DevOPS knowledge
