Detailed Job Description:

  • At least 5 years of experience in supporting Genesys Cloud contact center platform
  • Responsible for supporting - Genesys Cloud contact center platform
  • Should have prior experience in handling p1 & p2 issues in Genesys Cloud contact center technologies.
  • Hands on experience on implementing Genesys Cloud IVR infrastructure.
  • Should have experience in client management and stake holder management.
