- Responsible for supporting - Genesys Cloud contact center platform
- Should have prior experience in handling p1 & p2 issues in Genesys Cloud contact center technologies.
- Hands on experience on implementing Genesys Cloud IVR infrastructure.
- Should have experience in client management and stake holder management.
