• Java, microservices, Springboot, development using Springboot
• AWS deployment
• Designing and documentation

• At least 6 - 12 years of software development experience designing and building distributed RESTful web application microservices using Java (microservices, Springboot) or similar.
• Ability to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility. Experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon EC2, GCE, Azure, etc.).
• Experience working with NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Experience supporting products in production using observability and alerting tools like Splunk and SignalFx.
• Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. CI/CD experience preferred.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts (terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
