Detailed Description:

• Minimum 5 + years experience as Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application.
• Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable APIs which shall be used across digital channels.
• Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses
• Strong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level.
• POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
• Lead the scrum teams priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partners
• Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application with Transaction Banking Experience
• Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process
• Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques.
• Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions
• Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity
• Write user stories & groom the scrum teams backlog; in partnership with the team.
