• Must have skills: CICD, Jenkins, AWS - min 3 years of exp
• Resource needs to be familiar with Production support process and on-site offshore coordination
• Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information
• Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues
• Perform High Level design and Low-level design, provides pseudo codes etc
