• Leads the Manufacturing functional group for a site, understands the integration points with other functional groups.
• Participate in knowledge transition from the Plant Implementation Team to understand plant specific requirements and solution, and plant personnel roles and training needs.
• Leads the overall skills assessment related to Manufacturing, training document review, and supplementary job aid creation that may be needed for a site.
• Assists in facilitation of UAT testing at site.
• Works with detailed scheduling for Day 1 operations.
• Assist on - site during physical inventory and cutover activities to ensure data is accurate.
• Onsite for centrally located team responsible for user support post go live, as well as defect reporting and working with the build team on defect resolution.
• Onsite shift coverage as necessary to ensure no gaps in coverage during operations.
• 1 to 1 and group support during stabilization.
• Provide on call support as needed.
