Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Network Datacenter and WAN related Design & Architecture
• Understanding how to gracefully implement a network architecture (with the help of team) with minimal to no disruption to the business processes is critical
• Experience on Core DC NW (Routing & Switching) including wireless.
• Experience on Core branch NW (Routing & Switching) including SDWAN and wireless
• Good hands on technical and troubleshooting experience.
• Coaching & mentorship
• Knowledge on SDN, CUCM, UCCX, Telepresence will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Managerial Skills Required

• Team build experience, team management, coaching & mentorship
• Should work with vendors and client stake holders for implementation
• Should be able to demonstrate leadership, setup processes
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills
• Planning/organizing- able to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks.
• Achieves and maintains expert level understanding of required technologies and industry KPIs, service metrics, and systems used to generate and track these figures including the equations and methods used to derive correct results.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

Required:

• Knowledge of related technologies, monitoring solutions, upcoming technology ideas etc.
• Cisco trained and certified for Unified Communications, CCNP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
