Base Skills:

• Thorough working knowledge of SDLC models/methodologies, IT System and processes, and project management practices.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve the goals of the project.
• Ensure that all phases of the project are delivered on-time, within scope and work remains aligned with the projects strategies and goals.
• Work with vendor and key project lead to ensure project scope and objectives are being met.
• Provide guidance to area leads, project team and vendor resources.
• Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes. Ensure resource availability and continuous allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management key impacting issues.
• Perform risk management to assess project impact and effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors project management and technical leads.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints where appropriate.
• Jointly develop with the team a comprehensive project plan that aligns with the vendors work effort as well as the organizations time and budgetary constraints.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related study and equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years of proven working experience in project management.
• Prior experience with integration or migration related projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Systems Architectural experience is a plus.
