Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in Dealer Portal, Online Credit Application, Document Management System and Originations
• Experienced in Requirement Gathering and Analysis using tool and techniques such as process modeling, workshops, workflow analysis, use case and user stories.
• Should have worked in Auto Finance, Originations, Loan or Leasing domain, related organizations
• Experience in Credit Processing, Funding, Collections and Recovery
• Strong understanding of Collections, Payments, Insurance and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes
• Limited experience with Testing (UAT, SIT)
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
• Should have worked with Product Owners, Business Users to understand process/product requirements, convert those into functional specifications, carry out feasibility studies, Gap Analysis, and Impact Analysis while coordinating with technical teams to develop, test, and enhance a high-quality product.
• Should have experience (low to intermediate) in prototyping new systems
• Should have experience (low to intermediate) in business analysis efforts, requirement management, creating BA deliverables and review
• Manage the Product backlog items in JIRA - User Stories/Tasks/Bugs

Job Details:

• 8+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain
• Experience Loan Originations (RouteOne, carLOS, etc.) and Servicing (ALFA, Cassiopae, Loan Complete, etc.) systems
• Experience with LeanAgile development methodologies
• Nice to have skills
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of Collections, Payments, Insurance and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
• Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assist onsite and offshore SCRUM Teams to follow SCRUM practices, conduct regular backlog Grooming/Refinement, Sprint Planning and Sprint Demos.
• Create periodic status reports for senior management to keep them posted on the progress of implementation.
