• Minimum 5 years of experience and should be acquainted with agile processes.
• Should be scrum master certified. Familiarity with SDLC.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help team in resolving all dependencies.
