• Experience in Oracle Forms/Reports, PL/SQL.
• Experience in Supply Chain domain, Jira/Confluence & qTest, experience as Scrum Master/Product Owner.
• Analyze the Business Requirements for projects & Solutionize the use cases in functional capacity.
• Analysis of the existing applications and gradually own the application(modules) as a SME
• Understand the existing integrations of current set up/applications
• Experience with translating business use cases to techno - functional solutions, user interface design (wireframes) and understands database structures
• Work on business to define logic for any real time and back-office integrations
• Work closely with the technical lead to make them understand the business needs and objectives for a given problem statement.
• Facilitate collaboration, coordination with development team and business
• Assisting with Test case and Script creation, facilitate UAT and test Acceptance creation, Manual Testing planned during sprints.
• Contribute to the rest of the team and help share knowledge. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Good organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFE methodologies
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
