Detailed Job Description:

• Conversant with Manufacturing Instrumentation & Test
• System bring-up and troubleshooting
• Verification and validation
• Deploy, and sustain test software and hardware at contract manufacturer (CM)
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering during product bring-up to create and develop test plans and automated test sequences or scripts for testing products at Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) level
• Collaborate with design engineering and external third-party integrator on production test fixtures and development to ensure good functional test coverage and reproducible results
• Guide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Test Coverage Analysis that will guarantee the assembly process yields a device that meets all specifications
• Work closely with program managers and contract manufacturers to ensure adequate test capability and capacity for engineering and production builds
• Proficiency in data analysis and hardware testing via Python, Matlab, Labview, SQL, or other programming languages
