Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Support / Resolution on Incident and Service requests as part of day - to-day activities.
- Lead and Coordinate with Offshore team on issue resolution.
- Provide Weekend On call support to client for key OTC invoice cycles or process.
- Coordinate with OTC Project team and have cross team KT (Project and Support changes)
- Manage the OTC at product level. This involves SAP OTC team related changes and changes related to OTC as a product (Coordinate with non-SAP teams)
- Prepare Status reports and review with Client on Teams Progress Week on Week
- Review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, configuration Sheets, specification documents, fit gap analysis documentation etc. and define/review detailed functional/process.
- Perform configuration, build the application/process solution and support resolution of any issues with requirements/solution design
- Support customization, configuration, data migration. Provide inputs for plan for customization, algorithms, solution capabilities
- Follow the deployment plan, resolve data migration issues, resolve cut over user issues, support other team members in deployment activities for a smooth go-live
- Write procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues and document
- Check Non-functional requirements of the system
- Prepare/review the system appreciation documents, support the creation of client training material and conduct reverse knowledge transfer
Experience required: 4-5 Years
Education and Experience required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
