Work on RCA and PCA for P1,P2 incidents and present them in the meetings.
Suggest and discuss the solutions, to the recurring issues with other track leads and Client management.
Work on the suggestions provided by IBM when PMR is raised for system issues. 5. Work with other teams like Oracle, Linux and IBM during the critical issues
