Detailed Job Description:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst in agile projects.
• Experience in GRC is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experienced BA with good communication skills: ability drive meetings in a coherent manner ensuring all attendees are involved in the discussion
• Can support multiple initiatives at the same time
• Adept in understanding the business problem statements and ability to break it down further for Engineering teams (Architects/Developers/QA teammates)
• Adept in collaboration w/ business users, engineering teams
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Familiar with User Story writing/grooming in Agile set up
• Familiar with Agile ceremonies: Stand up meetings/Sizing Discussions/Grooming
• Familiar with process mapping using BA tools: like visio, powerpoint/data mapping: source Vs target
• Establishes follows best practices
