• Experience in developing/maintaining all core components of Archer development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Questionnaires, Sub - Forms, global value lists, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications (subscription & on-demand), Calculated Fields, Cross references, data imports, iViews, Mail merge etc.).

• 8+ Years’ experience in the development, enhancements, testing, and support of RSA Archer GRC solutions in Enterprise & Operational Risk Management, Regulatory & Compliance management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Issues Management, Controls etc..
• Bachelors degree or five or more years of work experience.
• Experience in developing/maintaining all core components of Archer development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Questionnaires, Sub-Forms, global value lists, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications (subscription & on-demand), Calculated Fields, Cross references, data imports, iViews, Mail merge etc.).
• Develop custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer/vGRC platform.
• Create high-level and detailed design document for the development /enhancements
• Being responsible for end-to-end configuration of new/existing eGRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging).
• Support Archer development solutions deployment to test and production environment, Package install.
• Assist in preparation of formal documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, use case, and other operations manuals.
• Providing recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform.
• Partnering with vendor support as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Providing support in troubleshooting production issues when necessary. RSA Archer Certified Associate is nice to have
• Experience in working in agile development projects
