- Understand the technical solution and develop on SFDC platforms and leverage its eco system
- Effort estimation based on given requirement
- Optimize the UI to make it efficient for users to use
- Support integrations development between Salesforce and other systems
- Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers.
- Work with release management team on software deployment, to ensure a stable and reliable production environment
- Creating and maintaining solution and technical specification.
- 5 plus years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of SFDC sales cloud
- Strong knowledge of salesforce platform configuration and customization
- Strong knowledge of SFDC data structures, Apex classes, Triggers, SQL/SOQL, JavaScript, jQuery, RESTful JSON, Backbone, Handlebars, browser - based DOM manipulation.
- Experience with integrations to back-end systems like ERP SAP and Salesforce Sales Cloud and making use of third-party web services
- Hands on experience on GIT and continuous integration
- Must have Salesforce.com Developer Certification
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Candidate should have strong hands on experience in apex coding
- Good to have Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II
