Detailed Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience in Design, Implementation, Development, upgrade and Support of HFM and FDMEE applications.
- 2+ years of experience with implementing Oracle HFM Applications (HFM, FDMEE)
- Good functional knowledge is expected to drive discussion with Client Business teams
- Identify and resolve application performance issues (HFM, FMDEE)
- Should be able work extended hours to support Business teams during the monthly financial close period
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor
- Should be able to work with Offshore team based in India
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- Candidate can begin job remote but must be located or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte/Highpoint, NC as needed.
- 5+ years of experience with application development and support
- Expertise in HFM & FDMEE
- Experience in creating HFM application artifacts such as Forms, Grids, Rules, and Reports
- Experience in creating FDMEE application artifacts to create new interfaces and have sufficient expertise to support data loads in the current application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
