Expectations:
- General upkeep of the platform.
- Adding/removing network devices.
- Adding/removing LM agent on cloud resources.
- Tuning alert thresholds.
- Ensuring cloud connectivity.
- Ensuring monitoring of Citrix assets, etc.
- Interfacing with LM support as needed for resolutions.
- Taking daily or weekly requests from our Ascend network team, as well as the customer, around these items.
Experience required: 5-25 Years
