Expectations:

• General upkeep of the platform.
• Adding/removing network devices.
• Adding/removing LM agent on cloud resources.
• Tuning alert thresholds.
• Ensuring cloud connectivity.
• Ensuring monitoring of Citrix assets, etc.
• Interfacing with LM support as needed for resolutions.
• Taking daily or weekly requests from our Ascend network team, as well as the customer, around these items.
