Detailed Job Description:

• At least 5 years of experience with HCM Cloud and more than 10 years overall ERP experience
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in - house applications
• Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with a technical lead or Data migration lead role
• Experience working with global users and teams
• Driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction
• Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL skills (FBDi, HDL, BI Publisher, PL/SQL)
• Act as the main point of contact for data mapping and conversion as well as the associated requirements from the legacy to future state system
• Work with functional team members to identify business requirements and different applications integration
• Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development.
• Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
• Lead technical design and development of all technical components.
• Provide validation of technical design.
• Finalize Strategy for Data Conversion.
• Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
