Detailed Job Description:
- Understanding of Lifecycle Management process in ForgeRock product
- Good experience in SSO Open standards like SAML, OAuth and OIDC
- Experience in installation and configuration of ForgeRock policy agents
- Good experience in ForgeRock intelligent authentication
- Understanding of customizing UI for AM and IDM
- Understanding of SAML account and attribute mappers
- Good understanding of REST API for AM, IDM and DS
- Customizing ForgeRock DS object classes, attributes and setting up of policies in DS
- Having experience in Cloud Deployment Model (CDM) is an added advantage.
- Strong experience in management reporting for both Internal and Client stake holders
- Proactively identify Risk and Issues, establish mitigation strategies, proactive communication to keep all stake holders up to date, Escalation Management (for and against)
- Understanding on implementation of ForgeRock IDM for provisioning and Role management
- Good understanding of ForgeRock IDM application connectors
- Hands on experience on application onboarding / workflow creation in ForgeRock IDM
- Ability to understand customer requirements and automate the manual processes using IAM platform
- Good understanding on report / certification process
