Skills needed:
- EUC/Workplace Services engineer
- Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets ((battery replacement, shell swap, software installation, OS crash repair, monthly Win 10 patching etc.)
- Very good knowledge of AD & Windows 10
- OS Imaging knowledge
- Deskside and white glove support experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken)
- Inventory and Asset management
- ServiceNow Ticket management
- Experience in application packaging
- Knowledge of Intune would be a big plus (Autopilot, Company Portal, policy/patch scheduling)
- Experience in supporting Audio Video conference room support will be a plus.
Detailed Job Description:
- EUC/Workplace Services engineer at the office, onsite.
- 5-day work week
- Support employees and contractors on the floor with company issues devices and peripherals
- Deskside support where needed and be the face of IT
- Break fix for laptops inclusive of shell swap, RAM upgrade, battery replacement etc.
- Full time office role during business hours (8 am to 5 pm)
- Coordinate with larger team of EUC engineers, Service Desk, Collaboration Support team and others
- Physical depot management of inventory like laptops, tablets, peripherals and spares
- Periodic (weekly/daily) survey of AV rooms and level 1 troubleshooting
- Excellent team player while being self-driven to take ownership of issues
- Ability to work on complex timeboxed assignments lke device refresh or OS upgrades
